Lobelia cardinalis - Cardinal Flower
Perennial growing up to 4 feet tall. Grows in full sun to part shade and wet soils. Produces a terminal spike of red flowers that are visited by ruby-throated hummingbirds, swallowtails, and bumblebees. Blooms from August to September.
