Perennial growing up to 3 feet. Grows in full sun to part shade and medium soils; will tolerate clay soil. Once established, plants will tolerate drought and dry soil. Yellow flowers bloom from July to October and attract a wide range of pollinators. Foliage is resistant to deer browsing.
