Carex grayi - Gray's Sedge
Perennial plant growing up to 3 feet tall. Grows in full sun to part shade and medium to wet soils. Grows best in full sun but tolerates light to medium shade. Foliage is deer resistant and looks nice when plants are massed together. Seeds are eaten by a variety of songbirds.
