Coreopsis grandiflora- Large-flowered Coreopsis

Perennial up to 2.5 feet. Grows in full sun and dry to medium soils. Showy yellow flowers June to August. Flowers attract a wide-range of pollinators. American Goldfinch and other small seed-eating birds forage on seeds. Foliage is rabbit and deer tolerant.
